What you share
Our project form collects your name, company, email, country, project details and any files or links you choose to provide. Please only share materials you own or have permission to use. Avoid including passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information.
How we use it
We use these details to review your requirements, prepare a quote and communicate about your project. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Form and hosting providers
Our enquiry form uses Formspree to transmit and store submissions and attachments. The website is hosted on Vercel. These providers may process information outside your country. Their own privacy terms also apply.
Your product files
Only share files needed to assess your project. For restricted links, grant access to hello@suitestack.ca. We will agree any additional confidentiality requirements before production begins. Contact us to request removal of enquiry materials, subject to any records we need to retain for an active project or legal obligation.
